Artbank is pleased to announce the acquisition of ‘HABITATS,’ 2023, by Rhoda Ting & Mikkel Bojesen.
'HABITATS' documents marine animals encountering sculptural glass forms introduced into their environment, which reveals moments of curiosity, adaptation, and even cohabitation. The work asks what a hybrid future looks like, and what might be solved through relationships between the artificial and the natural.
This work is currently on show at Artbank Melbourne as part of ‘Hybrid Futures’ by Rhoda Ting & Mikkel Bojesen presented in partnership by Artbank and Gallery Sally Dan-Cuthbert with support from the Ministry of Culture and Palaces, Denmark.
