Art Collection opens May 29, 2025

 
2025, marking a cornerstone event in the University's 50th anniversary celebrations.
 
This landmark survey features over 190 works that trace the evolution of Australian artistic practice, showcasing the Collection’s national importance and cultural impact. Visitors will experience a spectacular salon hang of works from key collecting areas including pioneering early video art, political posters, contemporary Australian Indigenous art, and groundbreaking photography, painting and sculpture.
