Provenance

Abdullah M. I. Syed continues his focus on his ongoing use of US dollar banknotes in his 1US$ FLAG Series. The embroidered
red, white and blue US flag and black neutral flag on one US dollars responds to the fragile, bloody and deteriorating state of democracy and the constitution in the United States of America. Syed also brings attention to the western divide and rule strategy to colonies, destroy and create division between culture, religion, race, and land under the slogan In God We Trust.
